The Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association (PLNA) enhances the success of its members through knowledge, advocacy, and promotion of the horticultural industry. The National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) (formerly known as PLANET) sets the highest standards in the landscape industry through education, safety programs and certification. The NALP are joined by thousands of professionals who are committed to creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes including the ball fields, parks and backyards that are an essential part of our lives.
The Pittsburgh Botanic Garden’s purpose is to develop the region’s first comprehensive botanical garden. The Pittsburgh Botanic Garden will be unique in its scope and focus on displays of regional flora, horticultural and environmental education, and research into botanical issues of regional importance.
